The Jaguars beat the Colts 42–7, so Colts +10.5 loses by 24½ points. The game was decided before halftime. The Jaguars opened with a 98-yard drive that Trevor Lawrence finished with a 12-yard touchdown pass to Brian Thomas Jr., and they led 28–0 at the break after Rayuan Lane returned an interception 92 yards for a score just before halftime. Daniel Jones threw two interceptions and went 19-for-28 for 144 yards, and Jonathan Taylor carried eight times for 23 yards once the Colts were chasing the game. Bhayshul Tuten ran for 104 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries, and the Jaguars rushed for 183 yards. Lawrence went 10-for-14 for 210 yards and three touchdowns before leaving early in the fourth quarter.
